In addition to this expertise and knowledge, I have the capacity to design, code, test, and implement software solutions to meet business/client needs. I am an expert communicator, build solid relationships with staff, clients, and management, excel at leading teams, optimizing operations, providing customer service, and devising action plans. Throughout my experiences I've been recognized for outstanding technical, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as demonstrating rational decision making - weighing facts and using the most relevant information.
