Passionate about technology and innovation, I have a career marked by diverse challenges and continuous growth in the field of information systems. With an academic background in Coimbra, I began my professional journey as a freelance web developer, an experience that spanned nearly a decade and allowed me to design tailored digital solutions for various clients and projects. Driven by the desire to broaden my horizons, I transitioned into the SAP ecosystem, where I worked as a functional consultant and ABAP developer. This stage was pivotal in solidifying my knowledge of business processes and robust technological solutions, enhancing my ability to align technology with business needs. In parallel, I delved into the fascinating world of automation and operational efficiency, specializing in RPA (Robotic Process Automation). During this time, I contributed to the transformation of organizational processes, implementing solutions that optimize operations and drive impactful results. This combination of experiences paved the way for new, more complex, and strategic challenges, leading to my current focus: product development and delivery. Among my most notable achievements, I conceptualized and developed a product from the ground up that became an official IP and is now used to manage more efficiently multiple business operations across geographies. I hold certifications as a SCRUM Master, ITIL v4, and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information Security Management, among others, which complement my structured, agile, and results-oriented approach. I am always seeking new challenges that allow me to innovate, collaborate, and continue making a difference.
