My career has been shaped by an obsession with systems optimization, user outcomes, and team collaboration — values that directly translate into the world of product development. After leading large-scale production teams across Africa and New Zealand — improving output, reducing downtime, and driving process transformation — I pivoted into product management, backed by hands-on certifications and frameworks in Agile, roadmap planning, and user research.
