STRATEGY & ANALYTICS Recommend and deliver strategies to drive online sales targeting including promotion and marketing planning, merchandise demand planning, and assuring an optimized site experience for customers. ECOMMERCE INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION Lead execution of business development initiatives to achieve international market expansion and growth objectives for the US, EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions for multi-country and multi-brand sites. Support new market launches and new channel development. DIGITAL MARKETING Partner with the Global Chief Marketing Officer to stimulate innovative brand strategies that clearly position the brand voice to evolve the brand in domestic and international markets. SITE ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN, REPLATFORMING & IMPLEMENTATION Create technical and functional specifications of website architecture planning and design based on client business requirements. Review and provide recommendations on design user interface sprints before designs are developed and deployed onto the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) platform. AGILE IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT Set up Kanban boards (process, workflows, backlogs, etc.) that aligns to the infrastructure portfolio of work. Regularly execute daily Kanban stand ups with internal and remote teams. Knowledge of and comfort with multiple project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, lean, scrum, Kanban, etc.) and ability to adapt them to the realities of different workstreams
