Since I graduated from university, I have worked in different industries. First, in fast moving consumer goods (7 years experience), and since 2003 in project oriented companies in industrial machinery.My roles have been financial manager and CFO in both turn-around companies and companies in growth industries.An integrated part of these roles, has been the implementation of company-wide ERP-systems, which I have currently successfully implemented 7 times (2 Microsoft Dynamics NAV and 5 SAP All-in-One ECC solutions) – either as direct responsible as project manager or as overall responsible as chairman of the steering committee.The ERP-solutions have been wall-to-wall, and with aligned and standardized best-practice processes in all group companies, thereby achieving transparency, optimal business support and low cost-operation. I have also experience in the implementation of group IT-infrastructures based on the Microsoft suite of products.
