About Ole Daniel Nitter

The past 10 years have given me a unique insight to what it means to operate a scale-up business and building organizations. I have seen the good and the bad. Revenue growth and lay offs to extend the runway, celebrations after a successful funding round and the expensive bridge rounds, outsmarting the competition and being outsmarted, star recruitments and wrong hires, cohesive teams with the power to execute and teams stuck in apathy and blaming, good strategy and bad direction. The list goes on and this is why I have loved being part of companies in this phase. You get to experience a lot in a short amount of time, growing a thick skin and courage to take on new challenges. Through my experiences I have built a well rounded and robust profile, adaptable to many contexts. I am deeply passionate about people, indivdiual development and building organizations that can deliver results over time. I love seeing a company put down roots and start growing, especially when targeting to solve important problems and / or improving societies.
