About Ole Paech

German, English and Russian speaking graduate from the University of Potsdam. Currently based in Berlin, Germany. Currently employed as PRM /Partner Management Expert at Urban Sports GmbH I am responsible for the key account partners in the Northeast of Germany as their go to contact person. Making sure our partners are as satisfied as possible is my main goal. Therefore I am in close contact with them for ALL topics you can imagine and decide what decisions need to be made for a long lasting cooperation. In addition to the administration of our cooperating sport partners, contract negotiations and clear and frequent communication to them I am responsible for the partner related projects for the Urban Sports Club within Germany to further shape the diverse offer and benefits our partners can experience with us. I am a multi-talented sportsmen playing volleyball on a professionall level at a Berlin volleyball club and still love to play basketball and go swimming. My soul belongs to board sports though. longboards, snowboards, wakeboards.you name it as I love to ride them all. Besides that I am a passionate and well-traveled surfer always trying to chase the swells around the globe.
