I began my real estate journey in January 2021, bringing with me 18 years of experience in the construction industry, during which I built houses in WA state. Now based in the Sarasota - Venice area of Florida, I specialize in working with first-time buyers, investment properties, sellers of single-family houses, and land sales. Additionally, I manage short-term rentals through my property management company. I pride myself on being an outstanding problem solver and a skilled negotiator, thanks to my previous roles. My approach centers on educating clients to empower them to make informed decisions. I am known for being easygoing, persuasive, and patient, qualities that have earned me the trust and satisfaction of my clients. I recently achieved my Broker's certification and am now an Associate Broker with Realty ONE Group MVP. I have also completed the Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA (PSA) Certification Course. I am actively involved in professional organizations, including the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Florida Realtors, and I receive coaching from Buffini & Company. Outside of work, I cherish the warm, sunny weather and enjoy spending time at the beach. I am passionate about volleyball, hiking, and exploring new spots with my family.
