About Oleh Kenytskyy

I am a professional with experience in several Supply Chain areas. I've started working in Logistics where I've contributed to optimize and improve the warehouse processes of a 3PL company. Then, I've decided to challenge myself in Demand Planning, my efforts were aimed to achieve the best results in replenishment and distribution for a retail company, meeting stock and service level goals. Now, I'm managing complex implementation projects with the primary focus on Healthcare Supply chain. I'm involved in all the project management main tasks, making sure the implementation is completed on time, the performance of the implemented solution is aligned with the expectations of the customer and the agreed key performance indicators. I believe my analytical thinking make me enthusiastic about the professional field I am part of. On the other hand, I'm an empathetic person and that's why I like working with people in a cooperative environment, where I always try to develop an engaging leadership aimed at a common purpose.
