About Oleh Rudyi

I have worked in the sales department at Ukrainian craft brewery Pravda for the past four years. During this time, I have experienced significant professional growth and developed strong communication skills with key partners. I have successfully expanded our market presence and increased sales volumes by maintaining a focused and determined approach to my work. Additionally, I managed a small bar, which further enhanced my understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. Currently, I am involved in launching a new project abroad, aiming to leverage my experience and contribute to its success. Also, I am proud to be part of a team at Pravda Craft Mission pub in Lisbon, featuring offerings from Pravda Brewery. This project aims to celebrate Ukrainian culture by providing a unique experience with a diverse selection of craft beers. Our vision is to create a vibrant community hub where locals and visitors can enjoy high-quality brews while learning about Ukrainian brewing traditions. In my role export manager, I gained expertise in international market research, regulatory compliance, and logistics coordination. I developed strong client relationship skills, negotiating contracts and managing accounts to drive growth in diverse markets. Additionally, I ensured product quality throughout the export process and identified strategic opportunities for expanding our reach. This experience strengthened my skills in global trade, supply chain management, and cross-cultural communication.
