While working in Ukraine as a sales manager for equipment, every month I overfulfilled the plan by 12-22%. Im was a responsible seller. Always got good feedback. I understand technology and electronics. Thanks to my skills, im won trips to France and Turkey from her work. I also participated in creative competitions, filmed commercials for equipment, and won prizes, and also vouchers. Three years later, thanks to good communication, I was promoted in the same Comfi company to the position of HR Manager. Thanks to my skills, I was able to increase the number of candidates by 25-35% depending on the season. Worked at 18 stores. The main task was to find the most suitable candidates for this or that position. Reason for dismissal - war. After the invasion, we managed to leave for Germany, where I got a job at the New Yorker logistics warehouse. In the beginning, I was a packing assistant. Then, thanks to my attentiveness and curiosity, I began to accept the goods, namely: to scan the articles according to the electronic invoice. The quality and speed of work increased. I was able to quickly identify problems, fixing them without knowing German. The management office was pleased with me and offered to get a job with them for the highest position.
