A lifelong educator and passionate teacher with experience at civilian universities (undergraduate) and professional military colleges (senior officers). Currently, co-leading (with a junior mentee) curriculum design and facilitation of a well-received leadership course for Navy admirals, Marine generals, and federal Senior Executives. Drawing upon the Science of Teaching and Learning and Adult Cognitive Development, this senior-level learning experience expands higher-order capacities and peer relationships for effective upper echelon leadership in the complex and unpredictable global security environment.Also a recognized national speaker for non-profit, corporate, educational, and government organizations, ranging from the National League for Nursing (NLN) to FSI Global to the Professional Golf Association (PGA).
