Dr. Olfat Adham is a visiting instructor and expert in International Business and Sales & Marketing in the Arab Academy for Science & Technology. She holds PhD in Human Resource Development. She was honored and recognized by various establishments as an Expert and Consultant of Human Resource Development in Egypt and Iraq especially in Petroleum, Pharmaceutical, and Hospitality sectors. She enjoys the training and teaching environments. She has an excellent experience in conducting indoor/outdoor Soft Skills and Management training programs, in tailoring any courses, and in designing training material/manual in both Arabic & English languages according to the training needs of the beneficiaries. She is widely acknowledged as one of the best professors in Egypt and Arab Countries for Human Resource Development especially, in many leading petroleum companies. Her areas of expertise, to name, a few are Leadership, International HRM, Time and Stress Management, Coaching, Negotiation Skills, Change Management, Cross Cultural Communication, Conflict Resolution, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Crisis Management, Team Building, and Performance Management, Developing Sales Tactics and Sales & Marketing. She is interested in using the cutting edge training technology. Besides teaching, she has been implementing management consultancy, feasibility studies and preparing organization charts, job descriptions and organization manuals.
