I have over 10 years coordination and management experience, with 2 years in the VFX industry where I worked as a Production Coordinator, Department Manager of Compositing, and Production Services Technician. I have successfully managed the end of the pipeline whilst prioritising deliverables under tight deadlines and navigating urgent change orders through effective change management, as well as stakeholder management across Senior Management, Resource Planning, Producers, and Creative. I was able to find effective solutions that allowed timely delivery of multiple projects, whilst simultaneously ensuring the well-being and morale of the artists delivering the work. Before joining the VFX industry, I gained 9 years of experience coordinating educational and arts activities of young people. Responsible for preparation of programmes within time limits and budgets, and the delivery of planned programmes that require strict adherence to deadlines. Experience on projects that require precise scheduling to ensure that tight deadlines are met while managing changing demands and resources. I strongly believe that clear and precise communication is essential to attaining any goals when working with a team to ensure project success. I enjoy working on projects where planning and organisation are key to juggling tasks successfully with diverse teams. By building a team culture and appreciating individual differences and strengths, I have successfully helped students, artists and teams achieve their goals.
