About Olga Cavaleiro

Hello! Cheers! I'm Olga and I'm a Certified Accountant. I am an autonomous, proactive, responsible and a whole person. I always carry out my duties with elevated professional pride, technical rigor and an ethical sense. I have a critical thinking highly directed towards the organization of internal processes, resource optimization and quality maintenance, in a constructive perspective of continuous improvement. I totally see myself in projects for the implementation, automation, and optimization of management software, namely ERP Primavera, on which I have a lot of experience. I value a good work environment in which the spirit of mutual help, transparency and respect is cultivated, and social and environmental responsibility initiatives are encouraged. I am very empathetic and a born caregiver. I have a special fascination with training, as I love teaching and sharing everything I know, and also with people management, as I find it very rewarding to be able to look after the common good and get involved in welcoming, motivating and valuing people."We only do better what we repeatedly insist on improving. The pursuit of excellence should not be a goal, but a habit." Aristotle
