About Olga Holm

I am a results-oriented and strategic person with a commercial background in marketing, sales and communication. In my position as Public relations, Sales and marketing manager in a small company, I am used to having many tasks running simultaneously. My strength here is a good overview that ensures that all tasks are resolved professionally and within deadline. As a person, I am very energetic and take the initiative and get started in new tasks, just as I'm flexible, I'm out of the box thinking and good at adapting to changes. I appreciate and practice open and honest communication. High integrity and respect as well as trust are important values for me. My background is Danish/Russian. I came to Denmark 20 years ago. In my job I have mostly communicated in English as the company's customers are primarily from abroad. This means that I can communicate in all three languages. With a great change of readiness and analytical approach to new tasks, I work efficiently and structured to reach my deadlines. I work independently as well as I'm a team player who wants to go an extra mile for the whole team to reach their goals. My starting point is a positive view of life, a big personal surplus and a good mood. At the same time words like: Dutiful, adaptable, loyal, result oriented and energetic be words that fit my profile.
