I love solving puzzles-not a super-power one would generally see on a resume. When you combine it with the technical training to make it happen, you see me. Collaborating with business clients to understand their current needs energizes me. This includes assisting clients with strategic plans, detailed designs and high impact, efficient solutions. My strength lies in the ability to see the big picture and dig into all the necessary details to implement the best possible solution to their problem. Throughout my career, I managed project teams of all sizes with members consisting of staff, contractors, and 3rd party vendors. Major accomplishments I achieved over the years include: • Led a team of staff and contractors to implement an average of 15 projects and dozens of enhancements each year - Adopted an agile methodology to reduce the overall project timelines - Delivered more to the business in a phased approach • Managed components of two major multiyear, multi-phase ERP software upgrades • Replaced a number of legacy systems (hardware and software) with efficient, modern technology • Managed numerous multiyear updates to a diamond certificate system including an industry first Diamond Journey addition requested by the CEO • Selected by the CIO to manage and enforce a new change management policy across all areas of IT • Created and implemented user training programs to accompany new system rollouts • Received several achievement and excellence awards throughout my career I welcome the challenge of joining forces with a business client to design and implement the best solution that will increase their productivity, reduce cost, and deliver an optimal system.
