About Olga Lefter

Product Design is right at the crossroads of my passions: to take a deep dive into understanding a problem, to collaborate closely with all the involved parties, to problem-solve in a creative way, and to make an impact. Pursuing a career in Product Design is the result of a diverse educational and professional background. Graduating with a BA in Psychology has been an excellent asset in conducting, synthesizing research, and translating real user needs into impactful digital experiences. Working in customer experience management taught me the value of being humble and fueled my passion for excellent customer experience. My goal is to leverage my diverse experiences and product design skills to create products with a sharp strategy, utilize data to inform the design process as well as evaluate the expected business impact. I thrive in highly collaborative teams that genuinely enjoy their work and contribute to a creative hive. An environment that encourages ownership and is open to be challenged with questions and new ideas. Design finds its way in my free time as well. Currently working on a mobile app as a side project. When not designing I enjoy discovering new hiking trails, cooking plant-based meals, growing plants, taking care of my veggie garden, and catching on camera Texan wildlife in the process. Occasionally, I would be busy knitting a gift while enjoying a good cup of tea. Also, I volunteer at the Central Texas Food Bank and Isle Acre Farms. Open to opportunities.
