About Olga Matveenko

With over six years of experience in product management and crowd solutions, I am passionate about creating data-driven products that leverage the power of human intelligence and machine learning. As a product manager at Toloka, the leading crowdsourcing platform for data collection and enrichment, I lead the development and launch of innovative features and solutions that enable our clients to scale their ML/AI projects and achieve their business goals. I work closely with the engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams, as well as the crowd solutions architects, whom I previously managed as the head of the department. I apply my skills in data analytics, feature prioritization, and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs and expectations of our users, both requesters and performers. I also have a strong background in applied information technologies, having obtained both my bachelor's and master's degrees from ITMO University, and completed two data-focused simulations by GoPractice, Inc. My mission is to empower people and organizations with the tools and insights they need to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions. I am always eager to learn new things, collaborate with diverse teams, and challenge myself with new opportunities.
