About Olga P.

Payroll and HR professional with 5+ years of experience managing full-cycle payroll operations within the retail and hospitality industries. I specialize in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across multi-location environments, including union and non-union workforces. Throughout my career, I have overseen payroll for hundreds of employees, managed complex transactions such as garnishments, benefits, and tax withholdings, and led internal and external audits to maintain full compliance with federal and California labor laws. I’ve also played a key role in streamlining payroll processes, improving accuracy, and supporting organizational efficiency. In addition to payroll, I bring strong HR expertise, including employee relations, investigations, leave of absence administration, and workers’ compensation. I am known for my attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism. I enjoy working cross-functionally with finance, operations, and leadership teams to support business goals while ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
