A skilled biotechnology and food engineer with over 16 years of experience developing and optimizing consumer products including food, beverages, food additives and cosmetics. As Development Technologist at The Core, I am responsible for product development and the advancement of special projects for the company’s Projects Department. My expertise lies in development and project management – leading products from initial concept to market release. Successful projects require creative problem-solving, attention to detail and widespread collaboration with various parties (both inside and outside the company), activities I truly thrive in. I believe very strongly in a friendly work atmosphere and enjoy working with such a diverse range of people. I am passionate about innovation, following emerging trends and always trying to keep up with what is happening globally in the relevant markets. My broad knowledge of regulations and my expertise in project management has enabled me to excel in my career, developing exciting new products while handling any issues that arise along the way. Notable projects I have helped bring to market include “Sucarlite,” an innovative Sucralose sweetener;"Espressodate," a coffee substitute based on date kernels; and “Beloved,” a vitamin- and mineral-enriched food line for toddlers. I am here to connect with professionals from the food/chemical/cosmetics industries, project and innovation managers, as well as representatives of startup companies and universities.
