In this role, I assisted and interfaced with clients, analyzed and corrected anomalies, organized regular calls and meetings, performed user training and presentation, and recommended software solutions based on client requirements. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Belgrade and certifications in English, French, and Spanish languages. I am passionate about continuous learning and improving my skills in Agile Project Management and SCRUM.
