With over 10 years of experience in education, I am a passionate and professional Examinations Manager at CATS Education, a leading provider of academic programs for international students. I manage the exams and attendance of over 500 students across various courses, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, quality standards, and academic policies. I also hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from The Open University, which enables me to support the staff development, recruitment, and retention of the exams team. I have strong skills in business administration, SharePoint, and telephone etiquette, which I developed in my previous role as an Exams Officer at CATS Education and as a Nursery Teacher at ACE Nursery School. I enjoy working with diverse and multicultural students and colleagues, and I strive to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for everyone.
