As a Customer Experience Specialist at Neo Financial, I applied my troubleshooting and support skills to provide high-quality service to the users of the innovative fintech platform. Previously, I worked as a Bilingual Compliance Specialist at VikingCloud, where I used my knowledge of cybersecurity and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to ensure the compliance of data protection solutions with the industry standards and regulations. I gained valuable experience in logistics and customer service in my roles as a Logistics Associate at The Calgary Stampede and a Logistics Coordinator at Omega Logistic. I have a Bachelor's degree in Philology from Southern Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushinsky, and I also completed a language course in Mandarin Chinese at Harbin Engineering University. Additionally, I have a postal and financial services technician certificate from Medicus School, and two professional certificates from Coursera in Google Cybersecurity and Web Development. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities in the fields of fintech, cybersecurity, and data protection.
