Sometimes it means running the team, the process, and the chaos behind it. Either way, I thrive in the messy middle, where ideas happen, momentum builds, and great work gets made. I’ve led cross-functional teams, pitched bold ideas, launched global campaigns, and built things that shouldn’t have worked but did. I care about taste, timing, and traction. I like having a clear finish line and the freedom to improvise on the way there. I’m not into ego or over-complication, but I do believe in structure. The kind that helps ideas move, not get stuck. I like frameworks that serve the work, not the other way around. Good people, good ideas, and the will to make them real. That’s what I’m here for.
