Driven by a commitment to change the face of the security industry in the UK. Founded Gardant in 2014 to provide specialist security services in Static Guarding, Door Supervision and Event Security. Coming from a background in the pub industry, I joined the private security sector and became a Door Supervisor, I quickly moved in to Static Security and matured into the industry quickly, becoming a security professional. I am a strong team leader and player, who is persuasive and articulate with a driven entrepreneurial spirit, I have gained extensive experience and knowledge in the security sector working for a number of large security companies in various supervisory and managerial roles, leading large numbers of security personnel, organising, managing and carrying out a vast and varied array of security operations, from site security to mobile response and door supervision, this has given me all the experience and knowledge to successfully start and manage my own security business. I am an extremely determined individual and there isn't much I will turn down, I have a strong drive and the ambition to achieve my goals in business, the relationships I build with my clients are very close and strong, I ensure they feel appreciated and understood, I work closely and personally with them to guarantee they are receiving the most appropriate, tailor made security package possible. All my clients receive a one to one approach, I receive calls, emails and even texts 24 hours a day 7 days a week, something I actively encourage to ensure my company delivers the best service possible.
