I am an accomplished hospitality industry professional, with over 20+ years of extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of retail, conference & banqueting, weddings, large-scale hotels/cruise ship food & beverage and business operations. I have over 18 years in Management,(6 of those working for the second largest cruise line in the world) and consider myself to be an exceptional leader and an effective team player, who can implement strategies to enhance overall performance, and meet or surpass targets that have been set. I currently hold both an English and Scottish Personal Alcohol Licence’s, as well as many other qualifications within hospitality which are found at the bottom of this document. I have the ability to lead and motivate employees in pursuit of company goals that are set, and I have the ability to work independently and resolve complex issues from the team/crew and management that I work with.
