Here are a few of my highlights- Launched the first GenAI marketing application at my global financial institution saving more than 500 hours of time in the first year of the pilot program- Developed and led a Marketing Technology program that drove technology utilization rates to 100% while reducing costs by 17%- Led a digital transformation team to implement a new marketing automation platform, improving efficiency by 118%- Bootstrapped an innovative knowledge subscription system that helped add about customers to the books, doubling the customer base in two years- Advocated for customer feedback to be part of the corporate incentive measures and at a global financial institution helping to increase customer loyalty by 22% and referrals by 100% through the introduction of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) system- Helped to achieving compliance with Canadian Anti-Spam regulations (CASL) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) reducing corporate risks.
