About Oliver Campbell

Hi, I'm Oliver! I'm a network engineer, with a specilaisation in NaaS/SDWAN and Linux. I've devoted my career so far to resolving complex engineering challenges and creating solutions. My career started working as an electrician, working for a company who also did structured cabling and data network installations. This led into me training into networking to help better support our clients post physical install and with other projects like network migrations. It didn't take me long to realise that my genuine interest lay in tech. After this, I switched lanes and haven't had a second thought since. As part of the senior tech team at Evolving Networks, I've had the privilege to be involved in some very interesting projects and work with some brilliant colleagues. ‍ Outside of my professional life, you'll find me engrossed in white hat hacking and challenge-based competitions when I'm not spending my time with my family. I'm a dedicated husband and dog enthusiast, continually on the lookout for new adventures with my small but love-filled family. Currently, I'm working towards a CompTIA Linux+ certification. My goal with this is to enhance my proficiency in Linux even further, solidifying my knowledge and broadening my skill set. I believe that this certification will play a significant role in propelling my career forward in the Linux realm, as I continue to seek out opportunities for growth and learning. ‍ I hold a continuous thirst for new hurdles and prospects for growth and am always interested in teaming up on a project.
