I'm a proactive, conscientious and hard working professional, who is eager to contribute to multiple tasks with integrity and dedication. Confident, well-mannered communicator with excellent presentation, approachability and empathy. I have a background in generalist HR where my strengths lie with being an excellent communicator, a trusted and approachable representative and a diligent, value adding and hard working individual. I have worked in a variety of sectors which promotes diverse thought and knowledge with a number of my roles being of contract nature which demonstrates my ability to swiftly adapt, learn and resolve in a variety of situations. I have a great interest in people and developing improved performance for individuals and teams who wish to progress themselves and organisations forward. I act beyond the bare basics of getting a job done and enjoy new daily challenges. My demonstration of character can be seen through my work history in demanding HR roles where I have resolved matters with often low resource and budget. For example zero budget recruitment campaigns for industry experts at CRI & ABAC, to the creation of a client contact database of 1,750 clients and contacts (Moir Group) to setting a monthly sales record at a fashion store (Politix) through to planting 1,500 tree saplings in one day whilst farming in Australia. I also apply myself to charity causes, most recently swimathons but also to others including a social mobility charity (Access Aspiration) and advice to others via light coaching on English & career and work support. I have lived in Australia for two years and travelled to a number of fantastic countries including Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Thailand, the United States of America as well as countries in Europe. Exploring and venturing has developed my appreciation of global cultures, people and daily insight to challenge and opportunity. A personal aim is to develop a learning programme to provide others with knowledge and insight for a greater degree of self-confidence, self-worth, self-awareness and etiquette to allow notable benefits for an individual to pursue greater personal goals and achievements but also contribute for a greater team performance and competitive edge in business. I believe many basics regarding processes as well as human capital management, utilisation and development in today's competitive environment are being forgotten.
