A hard-working and self-motivated professional with over 13 years’ experience working in the Financial Services industry, I joined Deloitte in May 2022 as a Product Owner. Prior to Deloitte I worked in Financial Planning with Irish Life for seven years, the last two as a Digital Business Analyst on the Future of Advice team. I have been the Digital Business Analyst on 3 recent large projects: 1) The development and launch of Irish Life’s Digital Mortgage Protection app, the first of its kind in Ireland, 2) The development of the Olivia Financial Planning app, 3) The ongoing development of a new lead management system in Irish Life. I completed a Professional Diploma in Digital Business Analysis through UCD in 2021, receiving a final grading of Distinction. As part of the diploma, I developed a 10-step digital business analysis roadmap to help organizations keep pace with customers demand for digitization. I have an in-depth knowledge of customer needs and wants from my 5 years working as a Financial Planning Advisor. I am a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) having completed the Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning in 2020, and I have an extensive knowledge of financial products, apps and tools.
