I’m an engineer by qualification and a systems thinker by nature. I’ve always been drawn to how things work, and more importantly, how they can work better. Over the past few years, I’ve led digital transformation projects across aerospace and retail, helping teams deliver complex technology solutions that genuinely make life easier for the people who use them. My work has spanned everything from rolling out large-scale IT systems to improving quality processes in advanced manufacturing environments. I enjoy connecting the dots between technology, people, and process, turning inefficiencies into opportunities for progress. Whether it’s helping teams work smarter, using data to make better decisions, or guiding projects from idea to delivery, I’m motivated by the challenge of making things clearer, faster, and more effective. Lately, I’ve been exploring how generative AI can reshape the way we work, not just as another tool but as a mindset.
