I’m an experienced and dedicated Senior Social Impact Program Manager, providing program and project management and coordination of global programs. I have a vast knowledge of managing projects from start to completion. I understand the need to be flexible, but maintaining controllership whilst a project is developing. Coupled with my experience I am a tenacious and trustworthy support. I enjoy being in the thick of a project by contributing and guiding. I feel I’m a forward thinker who is completely open to new and innovative ideas. I’m experienced in working in virtual global teams and well aware of the importance of flexibility in terms of timings to cover different time zones and cultural aspects of team members. My main interest and passion lies with employee and people engagement, building the workforce of tomorrow and the future of work, here I feel I can make a difference with my experience, dedication and commitment. Outside work I‘m a passionate (some say crazy) marathon runner and a yoga teacher.
