About Oliver Klein

The career path within renowned, large law firms is often strictly predefined. But what happens when your own entrepreneurial drive and vision reach beyond the next hierarchical step? After studying law in Heidelberg and business administration in Vienna, my career led me to KPMG — specifically to the real estate tax department, guided by the most lucrative offer at the time, but little did I know that this would lay the foundation for my current path. There, I discovered my passion for the real estate sector. I am grateful for the many experiences I was able to gather over more than a decade on this large “ocean liner” before setting sail with my own agile “speedboat.” I spent twelve years working for KPMG and PwC, including three years in Saudi Arabia, where I not only deepened my tax law expertise but also internalized the cultural nuances and challenges of the Middle East. Furthermore, I understand that companies today need efficient tax concepts to remain competitive. My mission is to provide our clients not just with advice but with genuine added value that sustainably supports their business goals. In doing so, I combine Big Four expertise with the flexibility of mid-sized firms. Whether in tax planning or international tax law — I look forward to contributing my experience to help realize my clients’ objectives. After years in the Big Four world, I have come to understand one thing: true performance deserves true recognition. That is why today I run my own company based on a simple principle — those who give their all will be rewarded accordingly. While traditional firms cap bonuses, with us the Richter scale is open-ended. We are performance-driven, but at the same time, we place great importance on fostering team spirit without leveling out individual achievement. Beyond my professional passion, I also enjoy hitting the slopes for some skiing or being inspired by the diverse interests of my colleagues — from strength training to outdoor adventures in the Black Forest.
