My role as a Banking Advisor is to deliver superior client experience by providing personal and business clients with professional and accurate service for their everyday banking needs. Contributes to sales results by connecting with clients, spotting opportunities to offer additional advice beyond the immediate need and completing Everyday Banking reviews to save clients time and money. Improves client understanding of all access choices and benefits while respecting client choice and preference. Demonstrates commitment to personal development and proactively seeks out opportunities to improve skills and knowledge. In the past 7 years, RBC has allowed me to gain experience and develop my capabilities by occupying several customer service representative roles, such as: Customer Assistant officer, Central teller, CSR Expert and Banking Advisor. Working in a high volume branch, has permitted me to practice retail behavior in order to exceed client expectations and offer excellent customer service. Diversity is also integrated in my daily routine as I work in an affluent Asian market. Also by working in a smaller branch in Richmond, that helped me do find a way to keep myself busy and hit my target at the end of the year.
