About Oliver McCabe

Oliver McCabe is a trusted business advisor, author, wholefood chef and nutritional therapist working within the independent food retail sector. Oliver has worked in the independent health and wellness sector for over 20 years. Oliver was instrumental in transforming his family's business Select Stores in Dalkey in to a popular independent health store, grocer and cafe with the journey summarised in his bestselling book ' The Fuel Food Cookbook'. This led to Oliver setting up his own consultancy company Hubble Health working alongside independent health food stores, food retailers and their health/wellness brands as a trusted business advisor with bespoke sales and marketing campaigns in Ireland and overseas. Oliver has worked with independent natural health brands such as Viridian Nutrition, True Natural Goodness, Wild Nutrition, Clearspring, Sonnentor, Nuzest, Biona, Dr. Bronner, Lilly's, Iswari and Pukka. Oliver is keenly aware of the importance of having high quality food products of good provenance widely available through ethical supply chains and is eager to bring his knowledge to bear in his role as Ambassador for the Health Stores Ireland association highlighting the importance of supporting independent health food shops in one’s community, shopping local and keeping the independent health food sector alive. Oliver has given many healthy eating talks/demos in schools, colleges, corporate and collaborative LA519 mental health resilience & healthy lifestyle events in the Ireland and UK including the Rotunda Hospital & TY years at schools nationwide. He has appeared on RTE Today as a natural health consumerist plus Virgin Media’s Weekend AMTV as a resident TV chef plus collaborating with Irish Independent media on food topics such as children’s cookery, mental health and food trends. Oliver is currently writing his second cookbook.
