I’ve spent the past seven years supporting Stonegate Group, the UK’s largest bars and venues business, with over 4,500 locations. Starting in customer service, I quickly earned two promotions into people management, building a reputation for professionalism, loyalty, and a strong work ethic. My experience spans logistics, operations, sales, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement, including partnerships with major providers such as DHL, Carlsberg and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. I’ve been recognised with awards both within my commercial function and across the wider business, including a peer-nominated Mission & Values accolade that led to a CEO-hosted dinner at Claridge’s and a personal letter from the CEO. I’ve played a key role in driving large-scale change, supporting transitions in query management systems (including AI adoption), logistics partnerships, and online ordering. Passionate about continuous improvement, I’ve helped enhance contact centre performance by reducing average speed of answer, lowering abandonment rates, and streamlining ticket volumes, achieved through chatbot implementation, strengthening the company’s internal knowledge base, and coaching the team through quality monitoring and targeted training. I’m equally committed to personal development, having coached team members into roles across HR, Purchasing, Logistics, and Marketing, while currently undertaking a Level 5 Operations Management apprenticeship, which reflects my ongoing commitment to personal growth.
