I am courteous and have a great empathy for people, which drives my passion to provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers receive a high level of service at all times that exceeds their expectations. I have plenty of experience of dealing with health and safety, participation in operations and the security of these events. I have a constant interaction with a wide variety of people and my current role involves interacting with multi-agencies which I have developed strong professional relations. I am confident and look forward to the next challenge, I often seek new ideas to improve policies and procedures which I look to see through and implement. I am approachable, friendly and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, whatever their rank or company position. I am an experienced officer who has shown constant commitment and professionalism, I have received four commendations awards,one award for ‘Quality of Service’.
