About Oliver Norton

PROFILE I have a strong work ethic and whatever I do I strive to make a positive contribution and bringing about change for the better. My life ambition is to use my influence and energy to leave this world better than I found it. For the environment, climate and biodiversity, there has never been a more important time, but on the positive, awareness is such that it should hopefully now be possible to make those changes. On a daily basis I commit my time. skills and experience to progress towards goals or milestones, for organisation, clients, colleagues, team members, family and friends as well as for myself personally. I like to define or understand the strategy, have a goal and to struggle and rise to a challenge. It is through this that I feel satisfaction and reward and never more so than when success is shared and a team achievement. Work and family life take up the majority of my time but am also an active volunteer, sportsman and general lover of the outdoors, the wild and nature. I am an engineer and organiser who is always looking to find and implement practical solutions to challenges. my knowledge and experience is underpinned by a strong grounding in the sciences and I love to use this to understand the unique needs of people or situations and to be creative, to innovate and adapt for success.
