Background

About Oliver O.

I’m a Delivery and Digital Transformation leader with close to 20 years of experience building high‑performing teams and delivering complex ERP, WMS, CRM, E‑Commerce and cloud platform transformations across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. I specialise in turning large‑scale, multi‑country programs into predictable, well‑governed, value‑driven outcomes.Across roles at Annexa, Oracle, REA Group, and other global organisations, I’ve led senior delivery teams, shaped regional practices, and overseen portfolios spanning NetSuite, Salesforce, middleware, microservices, and integrated enterprise platforms. I’m at my best when translating between business and technical worlds—aligning strategy, people, and technology to create clarity and momentum.I’ve managed teams of 40+ across five countries, driven double‑digit service growth, built award‑winning practices, and delivered some of the most ambitious back‑office modernisation programs in the region. Whether it’s rescuing a troubled project, scaling a delivery organisation, or guiding customers through transformation, I bring calm leadership, clear communication, and a relentless focus on outcomes.Outside of work, I’m an explorer, a (terrible but enthusiastic) kombucha brewer, and an even worse student of language. I’m passionate about giving back—especially through education—teaching kids to code, build VR/AR experiences, and helping others explore future technologies. There isn't a holiday I miss the opportunity to teach. If you’re interested in digital transformation, delivery leadership, or building great teams, I’m always open to connecting.
