About Oliver Paull

Founder and Managing Director at Rec Gen | The Power Behind Top Tier TalentI work with founders and leadership teams at high growth and Pre IPO tech companies across the US, EMEA and APAC to build the teams that actually move the needle. From GTM to engineering and product, I help companies hire the people who drive revenue, shape culture and execute at pace.Rec Gen was built on a simple idea: recruitment should be precise, transparent and genuinely add value. Every search I run is tailored to a company’s DNA, stage and long term vision. I stay closely involved end to end and operate as a true partner, not a transactional supplier.Market coverage includes ConTech, SaaS, PropTech, GTM Tech, Cyber and adjacent high growth verticals. What I care most about is long term fit. I am focused on reducing hiring risk, avoiding costly mis-hires and helping businesses scale with confidence.Alongside Rec Gen, I host Revenue Leaders Uncovered, where I sit down with founders and senior operators to unpack real growth stories, leadership lessons and the realities of building teams in fast moving tech.Always open to conversations with ambitious founders, revenue leaders and builders across the ecosystem.
