Since 2017, I have worked as Assistant Site Manager for Hanson UK, overseeing daily operations and site activities from hauling and loading to stock monitoring. My guidance and leadership have led to increased productivity while improving market share in a highly competitive environment. Through effective operational procedures, I guarantee project completion on-time and within budget while maintaining compliance with strict health & safety regulations within hazardous environments. I also possess a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Geography and Planning from Newcastle University, a top 10 global institution, where I was also accepted to participate in a cross-cultural opportunity at the University of Singapore. During this time, I conducted thorough research into how the continued expansion of Changi Airport affects its flight network and facilities’ ability to attract foreign tourists. My comprehensive study into planning processes, development, researching local economies, and economic geography has been instrumental in my current professional successes. I look forward to taking advantage of further development and training opportunities to promote growth, both personally and professionally.
