About Oliver Robinson

Chartered Surveyor I Partner I Registered Valuer I RICS South East Board Member I have nearly 20 years’ experience acting on behalf of private landowners and farmers in the Southeast region. My areas of expertise incorporate both the valuation of farms and residential property, Estate Management and the promotion and disposal of strategic development land. With a firm focus on strategic land, I am able to provide industry leading advice to clients on the best way to unlock the potential of their development land. My involvement starts at the outset of the project providing advice on a range of issues including access, restrictive covenants, historic overages and collaboration agreements with neighbouring landowners. Following this stage I secure the landowner the most appropriate development partner for the site in order to maximise the chances of securing a successful planning permission. My extensive network of contacts within the housebuilding industry allows me do secure a sale of the site on the most beneficial terms. During this time I have gained a wide range of experience in the valuation of agricultural land and property whilst embracing the individual nature of each property. This is reflected in the bespoke valuation services that we offer to our clients.
