About Oliver Roll

Consulting is always exciting for me, even after 20 years. As a consultant, you can be involved when changes are to happen – when something new is about to happen. I have worked for many years in almost every conceivable industry, both in B2B and B2C, sometimes nationally, often internationally. You see an incredible number of best practices, but also an incredible number of pitfalls that are better avoided. Bringing this experience to companies is an incredible added value. Transformation is about content and concepts, but also very much about leadership, people and goals. Companies are living entities that can be moved by structures, but not only. It's about bringing people along with you. It's about making the company better and at the same time making the lives of those involved better. Through my professorship for "International Marketing and Price Management" at the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, I also see the latest studies and scientific findings, which then flow directly into the consulting practice at Prof. Roll & Pastuch – Management Consultants.
