About Oliver Rooke

As an Economics graduate from UCL, I have a keen interest in the environment, sustainable development, and inequality. I have developed lateral thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail through my coursework, research projects, and extracurricular activities. I have also gained valuable work experience as a Consultant at Volterra Partners LLP, where I supported the delivery of multiple projects for clients in the public and private sectors. I applied my data entry, problem solving, and macroeconomics skills to conduct research, analysis, and report writing. Additionally, I have volunteered as an English Language Teacher at Minga House Foundation in Colombia, where I taught conversational and business English to local students and professionals. I enjoyed this opportunity to share my language and cultural skills, as well as to learn from a diverse and vibrant community.
