Constructions coordinate with sub-contractors for electrical installation in Process Equipment, Buildings maintenance, Quality Incremental Audits. • Conduct internal/external QA audits on company departments i.e. procurement / scheduling/engineering • Attend daily site meetings to discuss schedule updates and walk any design issues with the A&E, attendance at the weekly design work group meetings with the client electrical engineers. • Organize weekly QA review meetings to discuss specification variations, changes in design details, upcoming design verification/A&E construction complete walk down’s. • Review and add comments to Design Revisions, Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans, Electrical Work Permits, Spa’s Etc before sub-contractors work progresses • Representing M&W at Factory Acceptance Test’s on electrical equipment at manufactures plants across Europe.
