About Oliver Schulz

As the Director People & Culture at Kanadevia Inova, I lead the HR function for the country cluster Poland, France, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, The Netherlands and Lithuania. With more than 25 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and consulting top- and middle-management, I connect the HR strategy with the business strategy and manage change processes, integration of acquired workforce, and alignment of national HR processes with the KVI group. I have extensive knowledge and skills in process improvement, performance management, talent management, leadership development, compliance, and labor law. I have successfully led change projects from scratch to implementation, structured processes in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, and implemented and used HR information systems, remuneration, audit systems, and tools. I also manage and communicate organizational changes to employees, cooperate with workers-councils and unions in Germany, and prepare and follow-up on labor-law related affairs. My mission is to enable, facilitate, and empower the HZI team to achieve its goals and vision.
