About Oliver Speier

I strongly believe into the powerful combination of people & technology. I am passionate about smart solutions and see them helping people to focus on what really matters: I have over 14 years experience in leading large transformation programs for multinational companies, with a particular focus on strategy execution. I have successfully supported 20+ clients shaping and deploying their transformation agenda with the aim of reducing cost & complexity, increasing revenue, and managing risk. I am involved in driving the technology agenda for my clients and building out its businesses models to accelerate growth and profitability. I help start-ups in various stages in scaling their business models. I am an Entrepreneur, developing products in the natural health segment. My consulting approach is complementary, bridging the classic expert-driven and content-oriented perspective (giving answers/providing solutions) with a bottom-up process and coaching oriented perspective (asking question/providing a frame in which the organization delivers the solution itself). My engagements with the client are often workshop based and highly interactive both onsite and off-site, deploying all current online video conferencing and team collaboration technologies.
