About Oliver Spring

I feel I am connected to the company all my life. In my childhood I loved to eat fish fingers with cream spinach - one of the most favorite dishes in Germany. So my passion became my profession and I wanted to be with the inventor of both products. I am a highly-motivated and result driven individual with more than days of experience in the consumer packaged frozen goods industry. My background has been focused on economics and supply chain management resulting in a passion for suatinability. I love fish & seafood and I care for the planet with an empathy for numbers (as well). So combining Fish, Ocean, and Greenhouse Gas reduction became my purpose-led profession. Together with a strong team within Fish & Seafood I look for opportunities to expand MSC & ASC certification for fisheries and farms and within Environment Sustainability I am working on GHG emissions, assessment, reporting, reduction as well as on LCAs and successful SBTi application(s).
