About Oliver Thomsett

Are you ready to elevate your organisation with top-tier global talent and tackle your staffing challenges? I'm passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of excellence. With a background in customer service, software and business management along with a keen understanding of the intricate connections between individuals and organisational success, I founded Employmate to revolutionise the outsourcing industry. Drawing from my journey and experiences training and developing local teams to building offshore departments, and as a discerning client myself, I established Employmate with a fresh perspective and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. Our mission is simple: to empower businesses with access to global talent, enabling them to thrive in today's competitive landscape. At Employmate, we handle the recruitment, HR, payroll, Australian market training, support and secure platform solutions for your remote employees, ensuring a seamless experience for businesses wanting to grow their team with global talent. We prioritise client engagement and tailor our approach to meet the unique needs of each organisation. Whether you're a startup looking to scale, a growing enterprise seeking efficiency, or an established company exploring new possibilities, we have the solutions to support your growth trajectory.
